Woburn School to Host Conference to Jumpstart Your Ideas

Woburn School to Host Conference to Jumpstart Your Ideas

Woburn, Massachusetts – On Saturday, April 28th, from 8:00am-4:10pm, St. Charles School in Woburn, MA will host the SCS 2012 Enrichment Conference.

This year's theme is Propelling YOUR Ideas Forward. Why? Because there are great ideas out there that haven't made it to fruition... the originator just wasn't sure of the right steps to move forward.

The 2012 Enrichment Conference is a full day of 1-hour mini courses designed to motivate and educate individuals and business owners, and to help them overcome the roadblocks that keep them from achieving important goals and making their ideas reality.

The diverse topics are beneficial to everyone. These include 'how to' classes on: publishing a book, bringing a new product to market, operating a restaurant business, marketing with social media, creating a blog to grow your business, understanding camera settings to take better photos, preparing a Will, choosing a college, financial planning for small businesses, and many more.

Attendees will learn from accomplished professionals who have started small businesses, invented new products and brought them to market, and creatively grown their businesses!

Speakers will share their expertise during these information-packed sessions. According to Conference Director, Vicki Blazejowski, "We've asked our Speakers to present as much useful information as possible that can fit into the 60-minutes. We want attendees to walk away with a wealth of useful, practical information and
use it to fulfill their own objectives." (Blazejowski is Editor & Publisher of the Massachusetts-based web company PTO Ideas.)

The conference is not just an educational fundraiser, it's also designed to get people working and thinking creatively about their business and personal projects. According to St. Charles School Principal, Rita Masotta, “We want to offer something back to the communities that have supported our school throughout the years. St. Charles School is an educational institution, and we're offering a fundraising event that fits within that realm."

Twenty courses will run throughout the day. Attendees will have an opportunity to attend one each hour for a total of five classes. "We encourage them to bring a friend or colleague to gather twice as much information to share," says Blazejowski.

Exhibitor tables are also available to related professionals for a fee. "Attendees will be here specifically to gather information and get the inspiration to move forward on projects. It's a perfect opportunity for local businesses to get in front of a target audience," noted Blazejowski.

For a complete list of courses offered and to register, visit the PTO Ideas website at www.ptoideas.com or the St. Charles School website at www.saintcharlesschool.us. Additional information can also be found at the PTO Ideas' Twitter feed at www.twitter.com/ptoideas and blog at www.ptoideasblog.blogspot.com.

Proceeds from the conference will support St. Charles School. St. Charles School is a Catholic school for students in grades pre-kindergarten through eight. Their program is dedicated to providing a strong Catholic education that encourages students to be life-long learners and leaders, to live with high moral standards, and to grow academically, spiritually, and socially.
